We currently ship orders to:

  • All states within Peninsular Malaysia
  • Sabah & Sarawak

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, along with tracking information.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Destination Carrier / Method Estimated Delivery Time
Peninsular Malaysia J&T Express, PosLaju, or equivalent 2–5 business days
East Malaysia PosLaju, GDEX, etc. 5–10 business days

Delivery time may vary due to factors such as courier operations, holidays, or weather.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination.

  • Free shipping may be available for bulk or promotional orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing a tracking number and link to track your package.


6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • Keep all packaging and items for inspection
  • We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and provide replacement or refund based on case review
