Return Policy

At PURRA AROMA SDN BHD 202501053048 (1654455­-A), your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item if:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
  • The item is electronic, or clearance/final sale item

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, installed, or damaged items not caused by us
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Items marked as Final Sale, Promo, or Clearance

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at purra_aroma@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving the item
  2. Provide your Order Number and reason for return
  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions

Once approved:

  • Ship the item back to our warehouse (customer pays for return shipping unless due to error/fault)
  • After inspection, we will process your refund

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the following forms based on your preference:

  • Bank transfer refund (after product is inspected and approved)

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos. We will arrange an exchange or full refund at no additional cost.
